Quotes and Pricing
QUOTES
I would like a quote. What do you need from me?
We need to know some general information about the building, such as square
footage, number of floor levels and the architectural style of the building. Please
click here to submit the information about your project through our online
quote request or call 800.318.0099 ext. 400.
I have a new project. Can you meet me on-site to assess
the cost to do this project?
Actually, we put together quotes site unseen. We have years of experience
with our method of questioning and through these questions we can garner
enough information about a building to assess the costs. Please click
here to access our online quote request or call 800.318.0099 ext. 400.
How can you provide me with a quote without seeing the building?
We ask a series of questions which provide us with enough information to
assemble a quote. We ask for a building description, approximate square footage,
level of detail required in the drawings, architectural style, as well as
a number of other questions. We've been producing as-builts for over ten
years, so we typically know what to expect, based on architectural style,
year built, and approximate square footage.
You can email, mail or fax any photos for reference, but they’re not
necessary.
I have not seen the house. Can you give me a quote anyway?
Yes, we can give you a sample quote. Once you have more details about the
residence, we will be happy to revise the quote. Please click
here to submit the information about your project that you do have through
our online quote request or call 800.318.0099 ext. 400.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Can you tell me how much it costs to get as-builts for
a residential project?
Pricing varies based on level of detailed required, number of floors,
architectural style, building shape, and which drawings you need. Typical
Residential Floor Plans cost $0.38 - $.51/sqft.
Can I get a discount for increased square footage?
We offer a reduced square foot rate for homes larger than 10,000 sqft.
Will I incur extra travel costs because my project is
not close to any of your offices?
We are trying to establish national clientele, currently we have offices
in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago and Brooklyn, travel costs
do not apply within a 150 mile radius of any of our offices. If you
project falls outside of these areas we will work with you to find the
most cost effective solution.
Why do you have an advance payment policy?
We maintain an advance policy because we are a small shop and we cover
costs on a per project basis.
Is there any flexibility with your advance payment policy?
Unfortunately, no.
May I review the drawings prior to paying for them?
We can create PDF files of the drawings and email them to you for review.
